Select the picture on your computer you want to use.

Then click the plus sign and upload your high resolution image. Tap the settings icon on the top right. When you upload a customized background image for a specific room floor or location it will replace the default image. Click room management zoom rooms.

Click the arrow to the right side of it and select choose a virtual background. Choose virtual background on the left menu. Tap the button. Zoom suggests using images or videos from royalty free image services.

Go to settings and click on the virtual background tab. After you sign into a zoom call look for an icon that says stop video in the bottom left corner of the window. Click edit next to the room floor or location depending on where you want the background to be applied. Log in to the zoom web portal.
